About Me
If you asked me just a couple years ago what I wanted to be when I grew up, I wouldn’t have told you I wanted to be doing anything Public Relations OR marketing related. I would have said I want to be an architect. But just as luck has it, PR and architecture have some similarities. PR is all about designing a strategic, solid plan for how to communicate and build up branding. Therefore, I would like to call myself a PR architect, to appease my dreams from many years ago.
I am passionate about serving organizations with an uplifting, positive attitude while also efficiently achieving superior results. I would describe myself as a super planner. I am driven, future/goal oriented, and full of passion for my work.
Norse at Heart
I have been an active member of the Northern Kentucky University community for the past three years and work to create relationships with many organizations and individuals on campus. I have been involved in the Northern Kentucky Leadership Society for many years and am an enthusiastic member of Greek Life at NKU. I am a member of Theta Phi Alpha, having held many leadership positions in my time as a collegiate. I also worked on-campus at the First Year Student Success Hub for two years helping mentor first year students transition into college.
In My Free Time
When I am not socializing on campus, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends as well as exploring new places. As a foodie, I love taking spontaneous trips to new restaurants in the Cincinnati area. My sister and I even have a ranking excel sheet of all the places in Cincinnati we have tried. Sometimes these trips turn into some of my favorite moments hanging out with friends and family or discovering a new ArtWorks mural on the side of a building that I haven’t seen before. I love being taken back by the beauty of new experiences and to just sit with the comfort of not knowing what's next. It's exciting! I love using this curiosity as fuel for innovation and the want for new experiences in my career path and hope to keep new ideas flowing.
